Dr. Monet Supple Young graduated from the University of St. Augustine Health Science with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2016 following a bachelors in Exercise Sports Science from Texas Tech University in 2013.

Monet has always been an advocate for health and wellness with an emphasis on movement. We are not ourselves without the ability to express our choice of movement.
